H.I.S. BridgeBuilders

Please visit www.hisbridgebuilders.org to learn more about the work our ministry is doing.

A little background on our ministry. We began in Dallas, TX almost 20 years ago and we have seen tremendous growth in the last 5 years. We are a group of believers in Christ who are using their giftings in education, business, and medicine to make disciples and change the world.  It is our goal to bring about city transformation by building bridges of hope between the rich and the poor, the corporate CEO and the unemployed father, the private school student to the high school dropout, the doctor and the single mother, but most importantly between Jesus Christ and the unbeliever.

Our organization exists to share the love of Christ and his people through medical clinics, education, employment training, economic development, and spiritual guidance. We also organize community events and have partnerships with organizations like Habitat for Humanity that offer housing to individuals that complete our employment training programs and receive employment.

For more information about our organization please visit our website at www.hisbridgebuilders.org. If you have any questions about donating, volunteering, or partnering please contact Mary Anderwald at manderwald@hisbb.org. Thank you and God Bless.

  2. Mike and family,

This is Freda Doxey, formerly worked with you, Velma, etc. with the Step Foundation! I spoke with Maurice tonight and he shared with me the tremendous growth the God has wrought through you, Velma and others at H.I.S. Bridge Builders!! Just today, I had a conversation with a mother about what did over 15 years ago to bring hope to high school students a Madison HS when a shut in was held to help them with passing SAT, ACT, graduation exam. She said, “Ma’am that’s exactly what the new principal did last year with students passing the GA high school exam!”

When I am in Dallas, I will most certainly let you guys know so that I can schedule a time to fellowship. I am in Atlanta, serving as co-pastor with Gentry at Agape Christian Family Church, with our lovely daughters Candace and Heavyn close by with spiritual dancing.

    Blessings,
    Freda D Doxey

  3. Thanks Mike for the lovely phone call and encouragement in the Lord and in the battle against cancer! I think we are on similar paths and yet God has his own design for us as you talked about. I will pray for your healing as you have prayed for mine. It is interesting to know that we have done alot of the same alternative treatments.

You can visit me at caringbridge.org with my name in the website (nancyrobinson).

I, too, see God using these circumstances to transform me and others around me–praise God for His goodness to us!!

Blessings to you and your ministry.
    Nancy
